NOCO Snap-Top BG24 Battery Box for Group 24 12V Batteries

The NOCO BG24 is a rugged and snap-lock designed Group 24 battery box, suitable for a wide range of applications, including automotive, marine, RV, deep-cycle, and lithium-ion batteries. This battery box features an all-new design that makes it more durable and easier to install than ever before.

The simplified mounting system allows for installation without a battery strap, using pre-drilled internal pilot holes or a battery strap mount for more demanding applications. The battery box safely protects batteries from unwanted movement, accidental shorting of battery terminals, collects battery acid, and allows adequate ventilation. It meets the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Code of Federal Regulations 183.420 and American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC) E-10.7 specifications.

The package includes the BG24 Group 24 Battery Box, a 48-Inch Battery Hold-Down Strap, a Battery Mounting Tray, and four (4) #8x1-Inch Self-Tapping Screws.

Introducing the All-New SnapTop Battery Box, which is similar to the HM300BK, but with several improvements. The design team has reimagined the battery boxes to make them structurally more rigid, perfecting the snap-top design and simplifying the installation process.

The BG24 is designed to fit Group 24 batteries, including 12-volt automotive, marine, RV, deep-cycle, and lithium-ion batteries, such as those used in cars, boats, campers, travel trailers, trolling motors, pontoons, and more.

The simplified installation process makes it easier than ever to install the battery box. Customers can utilize the pre-drilled internal pilot holes for direct mounting without a battery strap, or use the all-new strap mount system for more rugged and demanding installations.

The reinforced design with a honeycomb lattice structure makes the BG24 one of the most rugged battery boxes ever designed, with impact resistance down to -20ºF (-28ºC) and resistance to acid, gas, UV, and oil.

The BG24 offers maximum versatility, with enhanced cable entry ports that allow for more ways to route your battery cables, both from the front and the sides. Additionally, the box features optional ventilation holes for improved airflow.
